Once you find the property you are interested in, contact us on WhatsApp. Our team will respond quickly to confirm availability, answer your questions and guide you through the process. No bots — you speak directly with a person.
We send you the lease agreement for review. The contract is signed electronically, usually within 24 to 72 hours after payment, depending on the owner's availability. The contract is in Spanish for legal reasons, although we can provide you with an English reference version.
For your safety and ours, we only accept payments via bank transfer. For short stays, between 50% and 100% advance payment is required to reserve the dates. For stays of 4 months or more, a security deposit equivalent to one and a half months of rent is required. Once your payment is received, we send you a signed receipt as proof of payment.
On the day of your arrival you will receive the physical keys or the digital access code, depending on the property. Our team will be available to assist you throughout your stay. Welcome to your new home in Mexico!
From when you contact us to when you have access to the property, the process usually takes between 24 and 72 hours depending on contract signing and payment confirmation.
Not exactly. Unlike Airbnb, we work directly with property owners without platform intermediaries. This allows us to offer better prices, verified properties and personalized WhatsApp support. The minimum stay is 10 nights.
All our properties include full furniture, high-speed WiFi, hot water, electricity, gas and access to building amenities. Everything is included — no hidden fees.
Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and payment is made via bank transfer in pesos. If you are paying from abroad, we recommend using Wise — it offers one of the best exchange rates on the market and allows you to pay in your local currency without excessive fees.
We offer a full refund if you cancel 15 days or more before check-in. For cancellations within 14 days of check-in, a 50% refund applies.
